The Cafeteria Lady, also known as the Lunch Lady, is the elderly woman who works at the cafeteria of Middleton High School.

Appearance

Tall and slim with a long pointed face, laugh-lines and bags beneath her eyes. She wears a lilac dress, apron, a hairnet over her grey bun and spectacles^[1].

Personality

On the whole the lunch-lady seems to be a woman who takes no nonsense and strives to simply get her job done. She doesn't give any preferential treatment to the students she serves - Ron in particular seems to be an object of great apathy^[2][3].
